I was born and live in Madrid. I studied Biology at the Complutense University in Madrid. When I finished my degree, I spent a year gaining more experience about drawing and painting at the studio of the painter Rafael Hidalgo de Caviedes. Since the year 2000 until the present day I have been studying psychology and in 2007 I started philosophy with the UNED (the Spanish Open University). I have also studied audio-visual techniques such as editing (Avid and Final Cut) and video postproduction (Combustion), sound treatment (Protools) with the composer Felipe Milano. In 2006, I studied film direction at the workshop of Pablo Alvort and photography with Chema Madoz and in 2007 with Ehiko Hosoe. The reason for doing all of this is so that I will be able to use a wider range of techniques in my exhibitions.
In 1990, I started working for various architects’ offices where I was involved in the town planning projects. At the same time I studied sections of built architecture that would later have a place in my work. These fragments try to be what summarizes the whole and once taken out of their context, they become almost abstract.
Some have been selected for different competitions (the Professional Association of Civil Engineers -Madrid-, the Camuñas award for architecture and urban landscapes, etc.).

May_1995: I took part in a collective exhibition in the Artis Gallery in Valencia. In October 1995, invited by the same art gallery, I exhibited my work in Valencia ’s Trade Fair Park.
1996 &1997: collective exhibitions after taking part in some contests (Camuñas Award, “Villa de Brunete” contest, etc).

February_2000 (until 2005): collective exhibition, rotating some of my work in the Cultural Foundation “El Salinar” in Madrid.

October-November_2000: I took part, with some of my oil paintings, in the collective exhibition “Punto de Encuentro”, to celebrate “Columbus Day” in La Rábida (Huelva) and organized by Concha Márquez’s foundation in Madrid.

April_2005: solo exhibition with oil paintings and photographs in CAD 2005 Madrid competition in the area designed by the architects Javier Carbajo and Carlos González.
July_2005: Together with the architect Javier Carbajo, we won first prize in the Aguirre-Newman’s photography competition.
September_2005: ABC newspaper published some of my photographs taken from the photography competition Notodofest I.
September_2006: collective exhibition in the Professional Association of Architects in Guadalajara.
November_2006: solo exhibition in CAD 2006 Miami and Barcelona competition with two groups of photographs: “more” and “vivre la difference”.

Currently I am working on the preparation of different finished paintings and photographic work for exhibition. At the same time, I am also preparing for an exhibition that includes painting, photography and video art called “Los no lugares” ( www.delirarte.com ). In addition, I am continuing to work on the photographic series “human landscape” and “vivre la difference” and on the painting series “de naturaleza humana, una mirada al desnudo en el arte”.
